REFUND POLICY
We hope you and your Pawfect Darling (your dog) are happy with what you ordered! If it doesn't fit perfectly, don't worry – we've made the returns process super easy!
First, you must make sure your returned items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair.
Then please follow the information below to exchange or return your item(s).
EXCHANGES
- E-mail contact@mypawfectdarling.com within 14 days of the date of the first delivery.
- All returned items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
- Exchanges are free with your first order * ! We’re happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size. We want to ensure you get the right size with your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
- For additional exchanges, you must return your item(s) at your own expense.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will send you your exchange item
RETURNS
- Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged.
- E-mail contact@mypawfectdarling.com within 14 days of the date of the first delivery with photo proof of the issue.
- You must return your item(s) at your own expense. Return shipping costs are not covered.
- All returned items must be in new condition, otherwise a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All items are subject to inspection.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit.
DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT PRODUCT
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order at contact@mypawfectdarling.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you received the wrong item or items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@mypawfectdarling.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you!
