My Pawfect Darling is a lifestyle brand that creates matching outfits and accessories designed to deepen the bond between you and your pawfect darling dog. Our mission is to bring more joy, warmth, and memorable moments into everyday life with your furry companion.

What makes us unique is our focus on “bonding pieces” that transform ordinary walks and events into special shared experiences, celebrating the dog as true family and partner. Inspired by our founder’s own journey with her dog abroad, every creation is made with love and the wish to bring smiles to both you and your Pawfect Darling.

Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship to?

We have a robust logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to over 40 countries. Most orders are shipped from China.

When will I receive my order?

We can usually process your order within 1-2 business days! Once your order ships, delivery time varies depending on your location. Our standard estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5-12 days
  • United States and Canada: 7-12 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 6-12 business days
  • Japan and Korea : 4-8 business days

We'll do everything we can to deliver your package on time. However, delays can occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, holidays, peak periods, local carrier delays, and so on, so we can't guarantee an arrival date. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I make a return or exchange?

We hope you and your dog love what you ordered! If they don't fit perfectly, no worries - we've made the returns process super easy!

  • First, please make sure your returned items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange: New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair

Can I exchange items?

Exchanges are free with your first order ! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase to eliminate sizing issues in the future.

  • E-mail contact@mypawfectdarling.com within 14 days of the date of the first delivery. 
  • All returned items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
  • Exchanges are free with your first order! We’re happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size. We want to ensure you get the right size with your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
  • For additional exchanges, you must return your item(s) at your own expense.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we will send you your exchange item

Can I return and refund an item?

  • Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged.
  • E-mail contact@mypawfectdarling.com within 14 days of the date of the first delivery with photo proof of the issue.
  • You must return your item(s) at your own expense. Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • All returned items must be in new condition.
  • Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size for my dog?

You can measure your dog and refer to our numerical size chart, or simply view our breed reference guide for our recommended size. Both guides are available on all of our product pages.

We understand that sizing can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to online dog ordering. But don't worry, we've got your back with our "Free Exchange on Your First Purchase" policy! What should I do if my dog is between sizes?

If you're between sizes, choose the larger size. We also recommend prioritizing your bust measurement over your neck and back measurements.

I bought a size and it is too small/large – what should I do?

We understand that finding the right size can be a bit tricky, especially if you're new to online ordering for your dog. That's why we offer a free exchange with your first purchase, so you can get the right size and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
