Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship to?

We have a robust logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to over 130 countries. Most orders are shipped from China, but we can also ship from the US (depending on inventory availability).

When will I receive my order?

We can usually process your order within 1-3 business days! Once your order ships, delivery time varies depending on your location. Our standard estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 6-12 business days (HI/AK: 10-20 business days)
  • Canada: 7-12 business days
  • Europe: 5-12 days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 6-12 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days

We'll do everything we can to deliver your package on time. However, delays can occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, holidays, peak periods, local carrier delays, and so on, so we can't guarantee an arrival date. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

For the most accurate updates on your package's location, please check your tracking link once your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so please email us immediately (at service@sparkpaws.com) if you need to make a change. If we can accommodate it in time, we can update your order! If your change isn't processed in time, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a link to your order tracking details. You can also find your order information in your Spark Paws account and track your orderthere.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I make a return or exchange?

We hope you and your dog love what you ordered! If they don't fit perfectly, no worries - we've made the returns process super easy!

First, please make sure your returned items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Clothing:New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair

Necklaces & Cuban Link Leashes: All of our necklaces are wrapped with a protective layer to prevent scratches. Once the protective packaging is removed, we cannot accept returns

Walking:New condition and returned with original packaging. Must be free of dog hair odor


Then, follow the information below to exchange or return your item(s).

Exchanges

Exchanges are free with your first order ! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase to eliminate sizing issues in the future.

  • Please email service@sparkpaws.com within 30 days of the date of your first delivery.
  • All returned items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
  • For additional exchanges, you must return your item(s) at your own expense.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we will send your exchange items

*Free exchanges only apply to clothing and hiking items (same style, different size). Jewelry and Cuban Link products are excluded.

Returns

  • Please email service@sparkpaws.com within 30 days of the date of the first delivery.
  • You must return your item(s) at your own expense
  • A shipping label can be provided to US customers for a flat rate of $7 USD (covering return shipping and handling)
  • Non-US customers must arrange their own shipping to our returns warehouse in the US
  • All returned items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
  • Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit, less the original shipping costs.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size for my dog?

You can measure your dog and refer to our numerical size chart, or simply view our breed reference guide for our recommended size. Both guides are available on all of our product pages.

We understand that sizing can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to online dog ordering. But don't worry, we've got your back with our "Free Exchange on Your First Purchase" policy! If you have any questions about specific measurements or need help determining sizing, please contact us at service@sparkpaws.com.

What should I do if my dog is between sizes?

If you're between sizes, choose the larger size. We also recommend prioritizing your bust measurement over your neck and back measurements.

I bought a size and it is too small/large – what should I do?

We understand that finding the right size can be a bit tricky, especially if you're new to online ordering for your dog. That's why we offer a free exchange with your first purchase, so you can get the right size and eliminate sizing issues in the future. Simply email service@sparkpaws.com and we'll start your exchange process.
